    A: Similar to our sister development, River Ranch, Sugar Mill Pond offersa wide variety of commercial and recreational amenities. Currently Sugar Mill Pond offers an eight acre lake with walking path, plaza area for evnts and functions, St. Jude Park, Rouses Supermarket, LGMC Health Clinic, Cafe Roma, CVS and Ascension High School. In addition to the amenities listed above, Sugar Mill Pond has many projects under construction including Gulf Coast Bank and Village Cafe.

    A: We  offer home/lot packages to our homeowners thereby eliminating the option of selling individual lots.

    Q: What is included in the home/lot package and how will they be marketed?
    A: The home/lot package will include the land, the home, the floor plan, the elevation and the builder. Each lot will has approximately six (6) to seven (7) different floor plans and several elevations, depending upon the size of the lot, available for construction on that lot. The consumer may approach his or her decision from two different angles. He or she may select a lot in an area they feel comfortable and then select the floor plan and elevation of their choice or they may select the floor plan and elevation of their choice and then locate a lot where the floor plan and elevation are applicable.
