A: Similar to our sister development, River Ranch, Sugar Mill Pond will offer a wide variety of commercial and recreational amenities. Some of the more familiar ones include retail, restaurants, a dry cleaners, a fitness center, parks, professional offices, a grocery store, and many more. In addition to the amenities listed above, Sugar Mill Pond also has and maintains an 8 acre lake with a two acre plaza area surrounding the lake. The lake will be bordered by a biking/jogging trail for leisurely strolls during the sunset hours. Finally, what better way to cap off an evening than to enjoy a glass of wine or sample some of the fabulous foods from one of our restaurants located within the development while listening to the sounds of free-live music during one of our fall and spring concert series.

Q: What is included in the home/lot package and how will they be marketed?

A: The home/lot package will include the land, the home, the floor plan, the elevation and the builder. Each lot will have approximately six (6) to seven (7) different floor plans and several elevations, depending upon the size of the lot, available for construction on that lot. The consumer may approach his or her decision from two different angles. He or she may select a lot in an area they feel comfortable and then select the floor plan and elevation of their choice or they may select the floor plan and elevation of their choice and then locate a lot where the floor plan and elevation are applicable.
