Sugar Mill Pond

Edson Davis graduated from Erath High School in 1987. Davis then attended the College of Art and Architecture and was a top graduate in 1992. For the past thirteen years Davis has worked as a residential and commercial building designer. He has designed several of the large commercial projects in River Ranch with Pecot & Company Architect and countless homes in the Acadiana area. Davis is excited to be a part of Sugar Mill Pond development and is proud to be a resident of Sugar Mill Pond, with his wife Teri and their three children, Dylan, Ethan and Bowen. C. Kevin Royston

Kevin Royston graduated from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in 2001 with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. He was recognized by the university with a top placement award in a university competition as well as a design excellence award for his work. Kevin began his professional career in Lafayette, Louisiana with an internship at Architects Southwest, an award winning firm. Following his internship he founded Design Perspective to concentrate on residential work and master planning.
