Dawn Fournier, a life long resident of Acadiana, is the Managing Broker for Sugar Mill Pond Realty and River Ranch Realty. She holds a Louisiana Real Estate Brokers License and is certified to teach LREC post license and continuing education classes. Dawn received her Graduate Realtors Institute designation in 1998 and became a Certified Commercial Investment Member in 1994. After serving the Lafayette Board of Realtors as President Elect, she was elected as its’ 1997 President. Dawn is a graduate of the Mississippi Association of REALTORS Leadership Class, the Louisiana REALTORS Leadership Class, and Leadership Lafayette Class XII. She has served the Louisiana Realtors as legislative Chairman, Regional VP and as a LARPAC Trustee.
Dawn is the exclusive Broker for Young’s Industries. She was responsible for negotiating, in Young’s Industries behalf, projects such as the Ernest Gallet Elementary site, Fieldcrest Subdivision, and a continuing project she holds close to her heart, Sugar Mill Pond.
