Michael B. Talbot
Mike has been in the construction industry since 1979. His vast knowledge and experience is matched by few in the business and his attention to detail is unparalleled. Mike is a hands-on builder who takes great care to ensure that quality is evident in each phase of the projects he oversees. He works with his subcontractors to set expectations that are in line with the Talbot philosophy. The repeat business he has had from the same clients over the past several decades is a testament to his willingness to go above and beyond on each job he is involved with.
Kara Talbot-Berard
Kara was in the property management industry for nine years before joining The Talbot Group. Her background in customer service, sales, marketing and management has provided her with the tools necessary to effectively manage the business operations of The Talbot Group. As a Regional Property Manager, she was responsible for multiple apartment communities in Louisiana and Texas and implemented budgets, training modules, marketing and resident retention initiatives to increase occupancy and improve fiscal performance for the owners of the various communities. She also believes in excellence at every level and is committed to bringing the same successes she brought in her former industry to The Talbot Group.
